In fact,in July,the freight rate will reach the bottom leval of whole year,from August,the rate will into riseing tendency again.
And there is a lead time before shipment,production will need 20-40days.this mean buyers must place their order in May or June in advance;or else,buyers will miss the best rate to save cost,freight will keep still higher.
by the way,if the rate of ship agent of buyers is higher,we will help to find more lower rate by our forwarder agent also.
So it is the fully right time to order for buyers.
