Every bicycle has a useful product lifespan. This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the frame or components can never be broken or will last forever. This limited ensure covers manufacturing defects that occur within the normal lifespan and use of the product.

If you are purchasing a sample or for personal use, please note that due to environmental protection or production batch reasons, we may replace some one smal parts in slight differences in appearance without prior notice. We will ship the bicycle to you via air express. As bicycles are large and heavy, we have chosen professional courier companies to cooperate to ensure fast and safe transportation. Before shipment, we will inspect the appearance and key parts, wrap them with protective film, and use thickened cartons to prevent collisions. However, due to long-distance transportation or rough handling by courier workers, there may be scratches s on the paint. You can use remedy paint pens, stickers, or nail polish oil to cover them, which will not affect the use of the product. Please note that these issues can't be used as reasons for returning or exchanging the product. For non-quality related returns after receiving the bicycle, customers need to bear the round-trip shipping costs and the cost of replacing the carton. If any damage occurs during the return shipping, the customer will be responsible for the cost, and it cannot affect the secondary sales of the product. Please package the product properly when returning it to avoid unnecessary losses and troubles. Installed and ridden bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Regarding installation: Our factory has assembled and tested the bikes before leaving the factory.For SKD 95% packing,for facilitate packaging smoolthlyT, only a few total 5% simple parts are removed, The installation is very simple and can be completed in a few steps. For SKD 85%'s assembled, such as handlebars, brakes, and rear disc sheet, please seek a professional mechanic to assit.
Regarding riding safety: Users must check for any safety hazards and correctly install the bicycle before riding.
Regarding the steel rim: Before leaving the factory, we have gone through seven processes, including electronic equipment, to code and inspect the bicycle rim. Due to the bumps during express transportation, the bicycle may have slight sway. Customers can find a professional mechanic to adjust the spoke tension, which is not a product quality issue.
Regarding the pedals: The pedals are divided into left (L) and right (R). When customers receive the product, please make sure to install them correctly. Do not interchange them. The left pedal has reverse threads and needs to be tightened counterclockwise, while the right pedal needs to be tightened clockwise. Please tighten them once to avoid damage to the pedal and crank.
Regarding the rear derailleur: Due to bumps during express transportation, the rear derailleur may tilt towards the bicycle rim, causing the gears to fail to shift. Customers can adjust the derailleur themselves or ask a professional bicycle mechanic to adjust it to make the chain and rear derailleur gear work on the same line. This is not a product quality issue.
Regarding consumables: Auxiliary wheels, baskets, bells, tire valves, brake pads, light bulbs, brake cables, gift packages, shift cables, handlebar grips, reflectors, taillights, tires, inner tubes, pedals, and other consumables are not covered by our warranty if they are damaged due to factors such as overloading, improper operation, accidental collisions, modification, replacement, or puncture by hard objects caused by weather or human factors. If you encounter any problems, they are not considered quality issues. If you purchase in large quantities, we can provide a reasonable amount of free replacement parts in your next purchase. Some of our products are sold and serviced as branded complete bicycles.
